The Use of Advanced Model-Based Systems Engineering Techniques in the Design of New Generation Armoured Fighting Vehicle Systems

The Use of Advanced Model-Based Systems Engineering Techniques in the Design of New Generation Armoured Fighting Vehicle Systems

June 8, 2022 from 12:45 pm to 1:30 pm

Speaker: Mark Eggler, Eggler Institute of Technology

The presentation explores the power of model-based system engineering techniques and demonstrates how these can be applied to the design of new generation armoured combat vehicles. Participants will see how integrated system architectures can capture the outputs of operational analysis, requirements development, functional analysis, and design and synthesis using MBSE methods. A series of guided demonstrations will show how such techniques develop a rich and traceable system architecture.
