Speaker Biography

Winona Reda is a senior process engineer with the Leidos Mission Assurance Enterprise Accreditations and Continual Improvement team. She helps to ensure enterprise program execution and product realization processes are effective, continually improved, deployed, and measured. In this role she collaborates with the Leidos Digital Engineering Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) team to integrate enterprise processes into the technical MBSE environment. Winona has 30 years of progressive career development with a balance of technical, management, and leadership qualities. Winona has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems.
