Rick Steiner

Rick Steiner is an INCOSE Fellow and ESEP (Expert Systems Engineering Professional), MBSE coach, and contributor to both the SysML 1 and SysML 2 specifications. He spent 30 years as a systems engineer at Hughes/Raytheon, and is now a lecturer at University of Arizona.

Risa Gorospe

Risa Gorospe is a systems engineering professional at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (JHUAPL). She has worked various roles in systems engineering that span the systems engineering lifecycle such as requirements development, modeling and simulation, and integration and test. She is currently a lead systems engineering analyst providing thought leadership in digital engineering, supporting missile defense and other government sponsors.

Evan Richardson

Evan Richardson is a Systems Engineer at Sandia National Laboratories and has worked in a variety of mission spaces to design and apply transformative systems engineering processes. He shares his passion for systems engineering that originated at the University of Arizona by demonstrating the practical capabilities of Model Based Systems Engineering to grow the user community and increase the capabilities of systems engineers.
